German velvet fabric

1. What is De Rong

De velvet fabric is a new type of fabric that is functional. The surface of the de velvet fabric structure is covered with a layer of chemical substances, which can directly slide water off the fabric and have a waterproof effect. The product has a bright color, diamond like glare, and good hand feel, so it is called diamond velvet. The surface fuzz can form an air layer, so it has better warmth retention. The manufacturer makes this fabric into women's leggings and pantyhose for warmth and slimming.

Under microscope observation, its cross-sectional area is approximately circular, and the longitudinal fibers are smooth and have obvious spots.

De Rong's fabric has a 10% higher fluffiness than other fibers and a 17% higher warmth retention than cotton, comparable to "cashmere". The material that can keep you warm in this way is its "dog bone shaped cross-sectional fiber structure".

Dralon ® Derong, also known as Bayer acrylic (j ī nglún),Dralon ® It is a profiled acrylic fiber made by Bayer Corporation in Germany using the most advanced and environmentally friendly dry spinning process in the world today. It has a double T-shaped cross-section, which is unique in the current fiber industry. It has grooves that can retain more static air and achieve a warm effect

The fabric has a tight structure and small gaps, which can block cold air from coming into contact with the skin.

dralon ® The production process of (De Rong) X

dralon ® (De Rong) X is a type of polypropylene fiber (PAN fiber). It is made by dry spinning. The production process is divided into four steps:

1. Polymerization reaction: Acrylonitrile (ACN) is polymerized with other monomers (such as dye additive monomers) to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN).

2. After being washed and dried in water, the white PAN powder is dissolved in dimethylformamide (DMF) by stirring and heating, and then filtered.

3. The spinning solution is extruded from the nozzle to form primary fibers. The solvent (DMF *) is separated from the solution by hot gas (dry spinning) during the spinning process, and can be reused after distillation and recovery.

4. Post treatment: During the post treatment process, the primary fibers undergo processes such as washing, stretching, curling, drying, and oiling to obtain their characteristic properties, such as strength, elongation, fiber size, bulkiness, and hand feel.

Characteristics of De Rong

Warmth retention: The fine and irregular cross-section of the German velvet fabric makes the fabric more fluffy. In addition, the raised fuzz can also increase the amount of static air, making the German velvet fabric very warm.

Soft and Slim Fit: The most popular feature of De Rong is its thick and dense down, soft and sticky feel, and a soft and snug fit that avoids wearing bulky clothes in winter.

Not easy to fade: The German velvet fabric adopts active printing and dyeing, with good color fastness and not easy to fade.

Good breathability: German velvet fabric has a unique moisture wicking function, which can better expel moisture from the body, making it soft and breathable.

Brilliant color: German velvet is rich in color, elegant in style, and the fabric is shiny like diamonds
