Poly actic acid (actic acid) Corn Fiber(PLA fiber, PLA is the English abbreviation of biodegradable plastic polylactic acid, full write: polylactic acid), also known as polylactide, belongs to the polyester family. Poly lactic acid is a polymer obtained by polymerization of lactic acid as the main raw material. The raw material has sufficient sources and it can be regenerated. It is a synthetic fiber made from corn, cassava, etc. which is converted into lactic acid by fermentation and then polymerized and spun. It is a completely natural circulating fiber with biodegradability. The fiber does not use chemical materials such as petroleum . And its waste can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water under the action of microorganisms in soil and sea water, which does not pollute the environment. PLA fiber burns with almost no nitric oxide, and its combustion heat is about one-third that of polyethylene and polypropylene. The production process of poly lactic acid is no pollution , and the product can be biodegradable to achieve recycling in nature, so it is an ideal green polymer material.
