Recycled PBT DTY yarn is a new type of environmentally-friendly yarn made from PBT waste yarn and cut-out materials. It has high re-usability and eco-friendly, and it is a variant of polyester fiber that offers superior environmental performance, effectively reducing the impact on the environment.

Production process
1.Collect PBT waste yarn or cut-out residues that have been used.
2.The collected waste thread and cut-out materials need to be processed through melting regeneration.
3.The melted and Recycled waste must then be pelleted.
4.The small pellets are fed into a pressure extrusion spinning machine and processed through techniques such as stretching and heating , then we can get PBT POY fiber.
5.The stretched PBT POY will be winding. The normal way is drawn textured yarn (DTY), which can make the fiber more smoother, more lustrous, and enhance its strength, elasticity, and weaving performance.
